The brand identity was inspired by the development's name, with a focus on capturing the effect of sunlight sparkling through leaves and native foliage. This concept informed the visual language, creating a logo and supporting brand elements that evoke a sense of calm, warmth, and natural beauty.

A soft, contemporary colour palette and refined typography were selected to reflect the relaxed lifestyle offered by the development while maintaining a professional and aspirational market position. The result is a distinctive and memorable brand that communicates a peaceful environment where residents can enjoy a life surrounded by nature.

To support the sales and marketing campaign, a professionally designed property brochure was also developed, showcasing the development's key features, location benefits, lifestyle offering, and available land opportunities. The brochure was designed to provide prospective buyers with a clear and engaging overview of the project while reinforcing the Sparkling Meadows brand across every touchpoint.
