This project involved creating a series of professional property proposal documents for SIMONDS to support stakeholder and investor presentations while positioning the agency as the preferred partner for securing sales rights. The challenge was to present detailed property, market, and strategic information in a format that felt concise, premium, and highly aligned with the brand.

To achieve this, a suite of custom proposal documents was developed using clean, grid-based layouts that maintained strong visual hierarchy and clarity throughout. Property overviews, local sales data, suburb insights, comparable sales, marketing strategies, project timelines, and company information were carefully structured to create a streamlined and engaging presentation experience.

Custom icons aligned with the brand colour palette were also integrated throughout the documents to reinforce consistency and create a refined visual language suited to the high-end real estate market. The final outcome was a polished and strategically focused presentation suite designed to support investor confidence and business growth
