This project’s purpose was to create a Request for Quotation (RFQ) document for LGRC that clearly communicated the organisation’s market research capabilities in a professional, government-focused format while presenting complex operational information in a concise and easy-to-navigate manner.

To achieve this, a refined and structured layout system was developed to present staff profiles, accreditations, research methodologies, data collection and reporting processes, project fees, and completed projects in a clear and highly organised format. A calm yet modern colour palette was implemented throughout to align with the professionalism of the government sector while maintaining a clean and contemporary visual aesthetic.

The final outcome was a polished and highly functional document that effectively communicated credibility, transparency, and organisational capability.
